MeowLabs

MeowLabs is the studio I run — a small team building websites, apps, and internal tools for businesses and institutions across Indonesia. It started as freelance work and turned into something with a name, a process, and its own product line.

Software that fits a local business is either too expensive or built for a market that doesn't look like this one. Most owners end up running the whole operation out of a chat thread and a spreadsheet.

• A studio practice covering scoping, pricing, proposals, and delivery

• An internal project management platform for tracking work across the team
• Sub-brands for the studio's own products, including MeowLabs Store and MeowStack

MeowLabs now carries most of my client work and gives the products a place to live. It is also where everything else on this page gets built.
