Overview
A management system for community health centres: patient registration, digital medical records, pharmacy stock, and the reporting that has to go upstream — wired into BPJS and SATUSEHAT rather than bolted on beside them.
The problem
Primary care runs on paper and on staff who already know which form goes where. Every national integration adds another system to re-key the same patient into.
What I built
- Digital registration and medical records replacing the paper trail
- An end-to-end service flow, from the front desk through to treatment
- Pharmacy and drug logistics: stock, prescriptions, and distribution
- Reporting and performance analysis for data-backed decisions
Outcome
The system covers a full clinic day without dropping back to paper, and the national reporting comes out of the same records the staff already entered once.
